What is RescueSync™?
RescueSync is the ultimate emergency contact system based on a revolutionary leave-and-retrieve voice data system that lets you manage information that you want others to know.
Overview: Why?
- Images of the past should remind us how quickly a disaster can turn lives upside down. If we are to learn anything from these natural disasters, it should be to have a plan of action that enables us to quickly respond when any sort of emergency strikes.
-
The out-of-state emergency contact is one of the strongest recommendations from the Washington
State Emergency Management Division, the American Red Cross and other disaster professionals.
- Rescuesync is your out-of-state emergency contact 24 hours a day every day of the year!
The Core Mission: Offer a simple, easy and intelligent solution
- RescueSync addresses that recommendation by providing you with a way to update family
and friends with information about your safety, needs, and schedule -- a benefit that translates into peace
of mind for the you and your loved ones.
- In a disaster, a redundant data network is the most efficient and in many cases is the only way to communicate.
- RescueSync has the backbone, maintenance, management and oversight to an established
secure, redundant network to deploy various call answering solutions using touch-tone, voice recognition and CTI integration technologies. This network is structured to perform with high
volumes due to our modular architecture. Operations are supported by a certified and trained
technical staff and maintain a platform uptime of 99.999%.
- RescueSync currently maintains four operations centers throughout the United States.
Each site is equipped with redundant power and cooling facilities and also utilizes multiple carriers
for voice and data transmissions. These sites are interlinked via dedicated high-speed data and
voice circuits so that our applications can evenly be deployed in an N+1 configuration across our operations centers. The data centers have immediate UPS backup powered by multiple generator systems.
- Telco services are maintained at better than industry standard of P.001 service level. What this
means to you is 1 call in 1000 may get a busy. (Industry standard is P.002 (2 calls in 1000).
- If there is a loss of an entire data center, traffic will be instantly routed to another data center. Online
backups are done every 60 minutes with full backups performed nightly. Full backups are stored
in an off site facility.
What this means: Is we offer a simple, easy and intelligent solution.
By using the familiar “voice mail” format, RescueSync offers almost instant operability. This provides the user with a shortened learning experience and greater usability of the system. While it sounds like everyday voice mail, the infrastructure supporting the system far exceeds the boundaries of everyday office voice mail .RescueSync provides you with a durable wallet card and two key tag cards with your codes on them.
How will YOU use RescueSync? The uses are only limited by your imagination.
